TOUCH: Handcrafted Services, Inc. is the practice of David A. Lloyd, in Canton, Georgia. It does two things: software, and books.

I have been writing software since I was in high school. Professionally engineering software since 1993. For details, see the software page.

On the publishing side, TOUCH is the publisher of record for God Is In the Doubt (2021) and Still Dead, Still Here (2026), both written by David. The imprint operates under its own ISBN prefix.

The name

The company was TOUCH Handcrafted Software, Inc. It is now TOUCH Handcrafted Services, Inc.

Our core business is software. However, I wear many hats and once publishing became one, it made sense to change the name.

Think. Touch.

These two words are on opposite ends of the human experience. Digital can make it like nothing feels real. I want our service to be real. Now more than ever, the art of thinking is increasingly rare. Even more rare is thinking about the human touch.

These words can also be in tight harmony when the product that went from a thought to making a user feel. Feel productive. Feel seen.
